WHEREAS, on September 8, 2008, Mechanicsburg Lumber Co., LLC, executed a Deed of Trust to Courtney Arena, Trustee for the benefit of Community South Bank, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 365B, at Page 344, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi;
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Community South Bank , the holder of said Deed of Trust and the note secured hereby, substituted Patrick F. McAllister, as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument dated February 27, 2012, and recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 401B at Page 0311;
