LOUIS BRASE
Louis Charles Brase, 80, died Sunday, March 18, 2012 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland.
Visitation will be Friday from 9-10 a.m. at Stricklin-King Funeral Home.
Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Friday at the Stricklin-King Chapel with Rev. J.R. Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Glenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Brase was born Sept. 4, 1931 in Edwardsville, Ill. to Louis Edward Brase and Helen Hart Brase. He was a training specialist for the U.S. Air Force and a member of First United Methodist Church in Ridgeland.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Brase.
Survivors include his wife, Ada Hood Brase of Jackson; two daughters, Rebecca Brase Forbes of Austin, Texas and Elizabeth Brase of Ft. Worth, Texas; a son, James M. Brase of Oak Hill, Va.; a sister, Doris Thate of Independence, Mo.; a sister-in-law, Willie Bell Hood of Yazoo City and two grandchildren.
