A Yazoo City man has been indicted for vehicular homicide charges related to a November 2010 car wreck that killed 33-year-old Mary Monica Allen.
Freddie Rusche, 39, was indicted by a Yazoo County grand jury after an investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol revealed that he was intoxicated and driving at a high rate of speed in the one-car accident that killed Allen. Allen was Rusche’s longtime companion and the mother of his child.
Rusche suffered serious injuries in the accident.
He remains in the Yazoo County Jail and has a hearing set for March.
