A Yazoo City man was arrested this week for allegedly breaking into a local church.
Ervin Winston was charged with burglary of a commercial building.
Maj. Larry Davis said Winston is the suspect in the burglary of First United Methodist Church. After reviewing surveillance footage and following other leads, officers arrested him this week.
The church burglary occurred about a month ago.
