Mrs. Jesse Ross DicksonLois Elizabeth Owens Ollis and Jesse Ross Dickson were united in marriage at St. Mary Catholic Church on Nov. 12, 2011. Rev. Msgr. G. Warren Wall officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Mitchell Ollis III and the granddaughter of Mr. James Mitchell Ollis Jr. and the late Mrs. Ollis and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Sheffield Owens III of Montgomery.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Sessions Dickson Jr. and the grandson of Mrs. Julian Austin Nagle, the late Mr. Nagle of Yazoo City and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Sessions Dickson of Birmingham, Ala.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Molly Louise Dugan and Catherine Louise McPhillips as her maids of honor.
Bridesmaids were Amanda Wilson Delchamps, Anne Merrill Wilson, Merri Brana Cain, Appolonia Head McMurphy and cousin of the bride, Mary Katherine Gilbert.
The groom chose his father as his best man.
Groomsmen were Stephen Roane Adams, Harris Marshall Long, Robby Aaron Robertson, Ryan Patrick Mueller, Robert Austin Dickson, William Sessions Dickson III, Charles Donovan Ollis, James Mitchell Ollis IV and John Sheffield Owens Ollis.
Laura Katherine Whiting and Lois Corrine Whiting served as the flower girls. The ring bearer was Michael Scott Morgan.
Charles Thomas Gibson, Sloane Martin Feenker, Michael Paul Stabler and William Gregory Pappas served as the ushers for the ceremony. Benjamin Harte Harris IV, Palmer Gaillard Whiting, Mary Patrick Ponder and Parker Anthony Ponder were chosen as program attendants.
The ceremony featured special music by Melanie Zoghby Cummins, Matthew S. Still, Donald Morris and Matthew Atkinson.
A reception followed at The Bragg Mitchell Mansion.
After a honeymoon to Duck Key, Fla., the couple will reside in Fairhope, Ala.
