Family business coming back with the help of many friends

Bubba Saxton thought he’d experienced the worst possible career setback when his family business burned 13 years ago.
At least the fire left the frame of his building standing. The April 24 tornado wasn’t so kind.
Saxton was in Vicksburg on business in his wrecker when he learned that Yazoo had been hit hard by the storm. His business, Fred Saxton Garage, was directly in the path of the tornado.
“My friend called and said, ‘The shop’s gone,” Saxton said. “I said, ‘What do you mean it’s gone?’ I didn’t understand how bad it was until I saw it.”
