WHEREAS, on October 6, 2006, Sherri Smith aka Sherri D. Smith and Steven Wayne Smith executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Jay Morris, Trustee for the benefit of Chase Bank USA, NA, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi in Book 342B, Page 304; and WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned unto Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for J.P. WHEREAS, on November 2, 200 1, David House and Angela House (married), executed Deed of Trust to Stewart Robison, Trustee for Mid-State Trust VI, a business trust and Jim Walter Homes, Inc., Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Deed of Trust Book 279B, Page 253, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi;
AND WHEREAS, this Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Mid-State Trust VI, business trust and Walter Mortgage Company, LLC, by instrument recorded in Book 382B, at Page 321, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid;

And also: a non-exclusive easement and rights of ingress and egress on, over and across the driveway located in the Northerly portion of Grantors’ remaining property running from the public road to the above described property, and also easements across Grantors’ remaining property to said conveyed property for the purpose of installing electricity, telephone, water, gas and other utilities.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON BUDGET
A public hearing as required by law will be conducted by the Yazoo County School Board on Tuesday June 29, 2010, after the regular scheduled Board Meeting. The purpose of the hearing is to give the citizens of the Yazoo County School District an opportunity to comment on the expenditures and taxing plans of the district. Items to be discussed are the District’s Budget, Special Education Funding, Preschool Funding as well as Federal Program Funding.
The meeting will be held at the Courthouse Annex in the Boardroom of the Yazoo County Board of Supervisor’s Office. the hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m.
