WHEREAS, on November 2, 200 1, David House and Angela House (married), executed Deed of Trust to Stewart Robison, Trustee for Mid-State Trust VI, a business trust and Jim Walter Homes, Inc., Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Deed of Trust Book 279B, Page 253, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yazoo County, Mississippi;
AND WHEREAS, this Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Mid-State Trust VI, business trust and Walter Mortgage Company, LLC, by instrument recorded in Book 382B, at Page 321, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid;

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON BUDGET
A public hearing as required by law will be conducted by the Yazoo County School Board on Tuesday June 29, 2010, after the regular scheduled Board Meeting. The purpose of the hearing is to give the citizens of the Yazoo County School District an opportunity to comment on the expenditures and taxing plans of the district. Items to be discussed are the District’s Budget, Special Education Funding, Preschool Funding as well as Federal Program Funding.
The meeting will be held at the Courthouse Annex in the Boardroom of the Yazoo County Board of Supervisor’s Office. the hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m.
