Citizen begs for relief from pit bulls

By JAMIE PATTERSON
Managing Editor

Brent has been very vocal about stricter ordinances on the breed since taking office. He recently revisited his cause, urging fellow city leaders to take a proactive approach before a tragedy occurs.
Cynthia Walker, a resident of Prentiss Avenue, recently begged the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to address the growing concern of pit bulls particularly in her neighborhood.
“Some measure needs to be set as a priority related to the pit bulls running on Prentiss Avenue,” she said. -------for the rest of the story see The Yazoo Herald printed edition or subscribe to the Digital Edition.----------
