A Grinch who tried to steal Christmas is on the run in Yazoo City.
Elijah Shaffer, 46, is wanted by authorities for the theft of a Christmas wreath from a home on Lamar Avenue.
Maj. Larry Davis said Shaffer is wanted for larceny.
