Mississippi Ag begins expansion project

By JAMIE PATTERSON
Managing Editor

Construction began this week at Mississippi Ag with its training and meeting room expansion.
Mike Langley, general manager, said it’s the first expansion since 1984 when a fire struck the local business.
“We need to expand our services, but right now the critical thing is our lack of office space,” Langley said. “This expansion will allow us to hold large group meetings and training.”
Ground was broke last week on the 5,300 square foot expansion. Langley anticipates the project to be completed in May.
“We moved to a temporary building last year with three full working offices there,” Langley said. “Now this expansion to the office will connect to a training room.”
The expansion will allow for about three or four workers to function from their office.  -------for the rest of the story see The Yazoo Herald printed edition or subscribe to the Digital Edition.----------
