Gerard Helferich and Teresa Nicholas are more than just husband and wife.
They’re also each other’s first editors, most honest critics and strongest supporters. If the authors find themselves struggling for the right words, they don’t have to go far to find assistance.
The couple will sign copies of their latest books Friday from noon-4 p.m. at Gilbert’s Gourmet and Gifts.
