Sarastelle Sigrest and Priscilla HarperAt the May 20, 2010 Yazoo Chapter NSDAR meeting, Sarastelle Sigrest surprised Priscilla Harper with a very special Past Regent's pin as outgoing Regent. Sarastelle presented her own Past Regent's pin to Priscilla to have as Past Regent. Priscilla was moved and gratified by this thoughtful act.
