Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Yazoo County, Mississippi will receive sealed bids until 10:00 o’clock A.M., December 12, 2011, for the following: Agricultural lease from Yazoo County, Mississippi of 109.9 acres, more or less, located in Sections 29, 30, 31 and 32, Township 12 North, Range 2 West, Yazoo County, Mississippi.
BIDS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED ON A PER ACRE BASIS FOR THE 109.9 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. Bids will be received for the agricultural lease of said lands, and the term of said lease shall begin on January 1, 2012, and end on December 31, 2014, with the rental to be paid on or before December 10th, of each year during the term of this lease. Other terms and provisions of the lease to be executed with the Successful bidder, including a detailed description of the land to be leased, are on file with the Clerk of this Board.
Said bids may be left with the Chancery Clerk at the Chancery Clerk Building in Yazoo City, Mississippi, prior to the time set for the receiving of said bids. At the time and date specified for the receiving of said bids, the Board of Supervisors will open and consider all said bids at the Board of Supervisors’ Room in the Chancery Clerk Annex in Yazoo City, Mississippi. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
