He has lived a Law abiding life since the crime and seeks forgiveness. Project Number: CDBG-05-082-EM-01 Drainage Improvements for Satartia, MS.
Scope of Work: Supply all necessary labor, equipment, vehicles and material needed to facilitate the clearing, excavating and cleaning of the drainage ditches, junction boxes, and piping for the Town of Satartia per Williams, Clark & Morrison, Inc.'s plans.
Contract Time: Thirty (30) calendar days after "Notice to Proceed "
Basis of an award, if made, will be made to the lowest responsible bidder.

Please take notice that beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, in the hearing room, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi, the State Oil and Gas Board will hear the Petition of Vitruvian Exploration, LLC requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under Statewide Rule 28 for the following wells located in Pickens Field:

A copy of said Petition is on file in the office of the State Oil and Gas Board, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi and may be there examined by any persons interested. At said hearing, all interested persons may appear and be heard.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's attorney of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2011. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner’s attorney shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance.
