Miss Dew to wed Helton on Dec. 10

Mr. Steve Dew of LaPlace, La. and Ms. Lenora Dew of Byram announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Elizabeth Jordan Dew, to Archie Graham Helton Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. A.G. Helton of Yazoo City.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ms. Mary Dew and the late Danny Dew of Yazoo City and the late Mr. and Mrs. Sam Fowler of Yazoo City.
She is a graduate of Manchester Academy and is currently attending Mississippi State University, where she is a President’s Scholar and will graduate in May 2012 with a B.S.  degree in Special Education.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Helton of Yazoo City and Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Dale Eichelberger Sr. of Morton.
He is a graduate of Manchester Academy and Mississippi State University, where received a B.A. degree in Real Estate and Mortgage Finance.
He is a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and vice president of Action Properties LLC.
The couple will be married on December 10, 2011 at 6 p.m. in the Chapel of Memories at Mississippi State University. Rev. Doug Broome, former pastor of First Baptist Church in Yazoo City, will officiate the double ring ceremony.
A reception will follow at the Starkville Country Club.
Friends and family are invited to attend.
