Sheriff Thomas Vaughan said a Sunday arrest confirmed the presence of a drug known as “ice” in Yazoo County.
Christopher David Hasty, 42, was arrested with a small bag of ice and several syringes during a traffic stop.
Vaughan said that ice is a form of crystal meth that is much more pure than what is normally encountered.
