By JAMIE PATTERSON
Managing Editor

Five Yazoo City High School students were involved in a tragic accident that left one female and her unborn child dead.
Jaylah Hall, 18, died Tuesday moments after being involved in an accident at the intersection of Highway 3 and Gordon Avenue.
Hall was a senior at Yazoo City High School.
Chief Eric Snow said the students had just been released from school when the accident occurred.
“The car the students were in were crossing Haley Barbour Parkway going to take another child home on Race Track Road,” Snow said.
A log truck heading south and the vehicle with the teenagers collided at the intersection. -------for the rest of the story see The Yazoo Herald printed edition or subscribe to the Digital Edition.----------
