Garbage route set

By JAMIE PATTERSON
Managing Editor

Garbage pickup for the city will begin its new schedule on Nov. 8.
Garbage within Yazoo City will now be picked up once a week until April. When the warmer temperatures return, it will resume to twice a week.
The center area of the city will have its garbage picked up on Tuesdays. This area included portions of Smith Street, Grady Avenue, Martin Luther King Drive, Cypress Street, Clay Street and Calhoun Avenue.
