Annual Christmas parade set for Dec. 6

CoteCoteBy JASON PATTERSON
Editor & Publisher

The Yazoo Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Yazoo Christmas Parade Dec. 6 at 6 p.m.
This year’s theme is “Sparkle & Shine ... It’s Christmas Time.”
The Chamber of Commerce has taken on the parade this year as a service to the community.
The parade will have three categories, Business, Civic and Religious. Awards will be given for first, second and third place winners in each category.
Entries may be floats, antique or classic vehicles, automobiles, marching bands, etc., but participants are asked not to have Santa on their floats because Santa will be riding on the CF Industries float at the end of the parade.
