Jail employee charged with smuggling

A county jail employee found herself on the other side of the bars this week after being charged with smuggling contraband.
Lorraine Marie Hinton, 57, was arrested on the felony charges Sunday. Sheriff Thomas Vaughan said she had been under investigation before the arrest.
