Man charged with storm shelter fraud

A Flora man is charged with embezzlement under contract after failing to deliver a storm shelter as promised to a Yazoo County couple.
Darryl Creel, 42, of 375 Purvis Road in Flora, was arrested this week after the Yazoo County Sheriff’s Department investigated the complaint.
