An estimated one in four people globally will be following the 2010 FIFA World Cup starting Friday in South Africa. Even though the first match is scheduled for 10 a.m. and I’ll be at the office; let’s just say the Internet was a great idea.
Soccer is the only sport played across the globe and once every four years the 32 best teams will battle for a chance to hoist the gold trophy.
The layout is simple, the top two teams from each group move on into the elimination round, from there it’s win or go home.
