Young rivals face off on the gridiron Tuesday

On Tuesday, the seventh and eighth grade football teams for Woolfolk Middle School and Yazoo County Junior High faced off on the home field of Yazoo City High School. The seventh grade game ended in dramatic fashion with Woolfolk scoring a touchdown in the final 20 seconds to win 8-6 over the Panthers, while the eighth grade game saw the Indians defeat their rival 32-6.
