Accountant says city’s books seem to be in order

With the city clerk’s office shifting its personnel around this month, city officials were given a financial review of the city’s budget.
Local accountant Ardis Russell appeared before the city council Thursday morning during a called meeting.
Russell presented the board the financial condition of Yazoo City as of April 30.
