Apartment manager welcomes investigation

The manager of Shady Lane Apartments said she welcomes any inspections at her complex because she is confident that they will reveal that recent complaints have been greatly exaggerated.
Robin Smith said she believes American Red Cross volunteers were duped into providing a free hotel room for tenants who were not actually displaced by a weekend fire.
