Black mold called health threat at Shady Lane Apts.

Two officials with the American Red Cross believe black mold is causing a major health threat at Shady Lane Apartments.
Lewis Herrington and other volunteers with the American Red Cross were at the complex helping families displaced by a Saturday fire.
