PSC votes to lower ECA

By VERNON SIKES
For the Herald

It’s a good time to live in Yazoo City, especially when the electricity provider is on the homeowners’ side.
In Tuesday’s regular meeting of the Public Service Commission Board, the commissioners unanimously voted to reduce the Energy Cost Adjustment (ECA).
With the monthly average electricity consumption being 1,700 kilowatt hours for residential customers, the reduction will yield about a $12 savings on an average PSC electricity bill. -------for the rest of the story see The Yazoo Herald printed edition or subscribe to the Digital Edition.----------
