WILMA YOUNG

Wilma Vertrese Young, 72, died Monday, July 11, 2011 at King’s Daughters Hospital.
Funeral services were July 13 at Glenwood Cemetery. Burial followed under the direction of Stricklin-King Funeral Home.
Ms. Young was born July 5, 1939 in Vicksburg to Jack and Rozelle Hearn Young. She was a retired cash manager for Mississippi Chemical Corporation and a Baptist.
Survivors include nieces and nephew Beth Ann Anderson of Yazoo City, Vera Conn of Vicksburg and Jeff Hearn of Anchorage, Alaska; and numerous cousins.
