You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Christine Bassett seeking to adjudicate Dwight Bassett, Eunice Roman, Charles L. Bassett, Charlotte V. Hutchins, Christopher M. Bassett and Christine Bassett the sole natural and lawful heirs at law of L. C. Bassett, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint filed against you in this action at 1:30 p.m. on the 1st day of September, 2011, at the Chancery Court of Holmes County in Lexington, Mississippi before the Honorable Janace Harvey-Goree, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in the Complaint.

Tractor shall be a 2007 model or newer with 1500 hours or less of use.
Six (6) Cylinder Diesel Engine with a minimum of 400 cubic inch displacement. A minimum of 145 net flywheel horsepower.
Transmission shall be built by the manufacturer, allow sufficient speeds and direction for operation.
Parking brake
Track gauge shall be 74 inches.
Track shoes shall be a minimum of 22 inches.
Hydraulic Reversing Fan
Undercarriage shall be sealed and lubricated track links. Extended life carrier and bottom rollers. Undercarriage report shall be provided for condition of undercarriage at the time of purchase. A minimum of 75% undercarriage life is required.
Final drive shall be a double reduction planetary design or equivalent and completely sealed with guarding protection for landfill service.
Blade shall be a PAT design with tilt.
Tractor shall be equipped with electronic indicators and gauges to monitor operational systems. Monitor shall notify operator of any system failures.
Back-up alarm and horn.
Length and type of Warranty shall be provided
State travel time and mileage charges.
Distance from repair facility to Yazoo City landfill.

Equipped with 36 inch digging bucket with teeth and side-cutters, a 60-inch ditch clean- out bucket with replaceable cutting edge.
Equipped with 28-inch triple grouser track shoes, step on roller frame to allow easy entry into cab.
Current undercarriage report shall be provided and no less than 80% undercarriage remaining.
Heavy-duty bottom guards shall be provided.
Excavator shall be equipped with a factory made manual bucket thumb or equivalent. Back-up alarm and horn.
State length and type of warranty remaining on excavator and any additional that may be purchased.
