Does the thought of great barbecue make your mouth water?
If so, imagine what it would be like to have some of the best cooks around competing to try to impress you.
That may sound too good to be true, but that’s what’s in store for those who complete the Mississippi Barbecue Network’s judge training class Aug. 6 at the Yazoo City Hampton Inn.
The first annual Fire & Feast Festival is set for Sept. 9-10 at the Yazoo Fairgrounds and 30 professional barbecue teams are expected for the MBN-sanctioned competition.
