What once looked like a mountain of wood is steadily being reduced to a pile of ashes.
The smell of wood smoke fills the air at the burn site off of Miss. Highway 3 as crews burn the enormous stacks of broken trees, limbs and wood debris left behind from the April 24 tornado.
