By JASON PATTERSON
Managing Editor

A Yazoo County farm worker is being described as a hero for pulling a man from a terrible fire.
Cleotha Smith suffered severe burns to his arms and hands after grabbing Chet Matthews from the flames of a diesel tank explosion on a tractor.
Matthews, 50, who had worked on the Paul family farm for three decades later died at the Still Burn Center in Augusta, Ga. after being airlifted from the field where the fire occurred.
