The third time was no charm for one Yazoo County man.
Edwin C. Allen, 44, of 109 Morning Star Road, was arrested Monday by the Yazoo County Sheriff’s Department after two arrests in late April.
Allen’s most recent encounter with the law  resulted in charges of second offense DUI, failure to yield to the blue lights, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance.
