Circuit Court Judge Jannie Lewis was set to rule Friday morning on 11 affidavit ballots the election commissioners deemed  valid Wednesday.
Eleven of 30 affidavit ballots will go before the judge. Of those, only a couple were unanimously approved by the four-member panel, so it is unclear how the judge may rule. -------for the rest of the story see The Yazoo Herald printed edition or subscribe to the Digital Edition.----------
