Flood victims returning

Many Yazoo County flood victims are returning home to find a terrible mess.
As the water continues to recede many residents have already begun gutting their damaged homes.
Bernice McGinnis, Yazoo County Emergency Management director, said it is unclear how many homes will be declared a total loss.
