O’Reilly calls for action of city projects

One city leader isn’t very optimistic about the progress of two ongoing city projects.
Ward 1 Alderman Charles “Mickey” O’Reilly said he is tired of the waiting game involving the city’s purchase of a trash pit and the construction of the Willie Morris Parkway.
