Frances DeBra Brown, beloved art instructor and artist, died Wednesday at the University of Alabama in Birmingham Hospital.
The Indiana native arrived in Yazoo City with her husband Halton Brown several decades ago and made a name for herself with her artistic talent and accomplishments throughout the world.
