WHEREAS, PHH Mortgage Corporation fka Cendant Mortgage Corporation, has heretofore substituted J. Gary Massey as Trustee by instrument dated April 19, 2011 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Book 392B at Page 0151; and

Notice is hereby given that the Mississippi Soil and Water Conservation Commission will receive written sealed bids until the hour of 10:00 o’clock A. M. local time on Thursday, June 2 , 2011.  Bids will be received at the offices of the Mississippi Soil and Water Conservation Commission, 680 Monroe Street, Suite B, Jackson, MS 39202 or by mail at P. O. Box 23005, Jackson, MS 39225-3005 for works of improvement (bank stabilization & pipes) in the Piney Creek Watershed in Yazoo County, Mississippi.  
The project includes clearing and grubbing; removal of water; erosion control blanket; excavation (common); protective cover; earthfill, class A;  drainfill;  concrete, class 3000M;  concrete grout; corrugated metal pipe, barrel, 36” diameter;   corrugated metal pipe, barrel, 48” diameter;    corrugated metal pipe, riser, 54” diameter;  corrugated metal pipe, riser, 60” diameter; mobilization and demobilization;  rock rip rap; pipe anchor;  filter material; earthfill, slurry; earthfill, slurry, offsite  and geotextile.   
Detailed construction specifications and project locations are on file in the offices of the Mississippi Soil and Water Conservation Commission (601-354-7645) and the Yazoo County Soil and Water Conservation District (662-746-8358 ext. 3).  Copies of the specifications may be obtained during regular business hours.
A site visit for all interested bidders will be held on Monday, May 23, 2011.  Interested bidders should meet at the Yazoo County Soil and Water Conservation District Office, located at 220 Wyeth  Drive, Suite C, Yazoo City, Mississippi, at 10:00 a.m. that day.
The Mississippi Soil and Water Conservation Commission reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in the bidding and reject any and/or all bids.
