An 82-year-old Scotland man shot his 30-something-year-old girlfriend Saturday and then shot her brother when the brother came for revenge.
Wilbert Lee Pickett, of 4420 Scotland Road, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault after surrendering peacefully to law enforcement.
