Clancy’s, a popular Yazoo restaurant, was heavily damaged by fire Saturday afternoon. Fire Marshal Kenny Lewis said the fire started in a grill in the smokehouse on the back of the building. Owner Les Clanton said he is grateful for the support shown by the community after the fire. “We’re going to be back in business, but it’s going to take some time,” Clanton said. “We hope we can stay in this building.”
