The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust dated August 17, 1984, and executed by Emogene Jones was assumed by Minnie M. Tedford by Warranty Deed dated June 2, 1995 and recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed Record Book 232-A at Page 709 and with Assumption Agreement dated June 2, 1995.
The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust dated June 2,1995, and executed by Minnie M. Tedford was assumed by John J.
