0529pierceBenton Academy’s Spencer Pierce recently signed a baseball scholarship to play at Northwest MS Community College in Senatobia. Pierce was 2-3 on the mound his senior season with a 7.99 ERA while batting .295 with three homeruns and 16 RBI. He closed out his high school career Saturday in the Single A All-Star Game. Joining Pierce is his father Bill and head coach Mark Carson and Bill Selby.
