Police officer recognized

Yazoo City police Lt. Isaiah Collins was recognized during Monday’s city council meeting. Thanks to Collins’ diligence, two alleged burglars were arrested after he noticed a small, overlooked clue that led police directly to the location of the individuals. They were charged with burglary after they allegedly burglarized the local Boys and Girls Club.
