WHEREAS, on February 16, 2005 R. ETHAN THOMAS and spouse, JENNIFER H. THOMAS executed a Deed of Trust to Alton K. McRee, Trustee for Federal Lank Bank Association of South Mississippi, FLCA, predecessor of Southern AgCredit, which said deed of trust is recorded in Book 321B at page 513 of the Records of Yazoo County, Mississippi, and
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN AGCREDIT, holder of said deed of trust and the indebtedness secured thereby, substituted Wiley J. Barbour, as trustee therein by instrument dated February 15, 2011 and recorded in Book 390B at Page 284 of said records, said substitution authorized by the terms of said deed of trust; and
