Sudbury says progress being made in schools

Superintendent Shannon Sudbury said many changes have been implemented within city schools, but he knows there is plenty of work left to do.
“We have kept the academic progress of our students at the forefront of our minds,” Sudbury said.
Sudbury, along with curriculum director Jana Bardwell, presented a district update during the Yazoo City Municipal School Board meeting Wednesday night.
