Benton Garden Club exchanges plants

0508benton0508bentonSpecial to The Herald

The Benton Garden Club met on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the Midway Methodist Church fellowship hall.
The meeting was called to order by Linda Cobb, president, and the club collect was read in unison.  The minutes were presented by Beja Everett, secretary/treasurer.  Business was discussed prior to the luncheon, which was hosted by Sharon Beidleman, Michie McGraw and Paulette Davis, after which there was a plant exchange. The beautiful spring day contributed great ambiance to the occasion, and everyone enjoyed the delicious food and fellowship.  This was the club’s final meeting until the fall.
