Yazoo native Elissa Fulton has joined The Yazoo Herald staff as an advertising representative.
Fulton is a 1997 graduate of Yazoo City High School and attended Hinds Community College. Before joining The Herald staff she was assistant property manager for First Lake Properties Inc. and Favrot and Shane Development.
