Yazoo author Teresa Nicholas to sign new book next week
Yazoo author Teresa Nicholas will sign copies of her new book Buryin’ Daddy: Putting My Lebanese, Catholic, Southern Baptist Childhood to Rest Tuesday from noon- 3 p.m. at Gilberts and from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Triangle. She will also speak at Ricks Library on April 12 at noon.By JASON PATTERSON

It was Yazoo’s most famous writer who gave Teresa Nicholas the advice she needed to get started on her first book.
Nicholas, who has enjoyed a successful career in the publishing industry and as a freelance writer, had often considered writing a book but hadn’t found the time to begin the monumental task.
