Benton Academy continued their red hot streak last week on the diamond after pounding out 15 runs in the third inning on their way to a 16-1 win over Sharkey-Issaquena Academy last Friday.

The Raiders extended their winning streak to eight straight, and improved to 11-3 on the year.

The Raiders took an early 1-0 lead in the first inning when Ryan Smith scored on a fielder’s choice as Bo Dickerson earned an RBI, his first of five on the day.
