Benton extends streak to seven

The Raiders are 10-3 on the season and top last season’s six game winning streak, one of the longest under head coach Brent Woods’ tenure
Winona got things rolling with two runs in the first inning. The lead lasted just a few minutes as the Raiders tied the game after one complete.
John Philip Zeigler broke the deadlock with a solo shot in the third inning before the Raiders exploded for six runs off six hits in the fourth inning after Jason Berry reached base on a hit by pitch.
Berry would go on to be one of five Raiders with at least two hits. He also finished with two RBI. Ryan Smith, Zeigler, Jacob Davis and Hunter Davis rounded out the top hitters.
